We understand the importance of the tender process. Acknowledging accurate material quantities is very crucial while pricing a job. Our estimating team holds years of experience, and provided our in-house self development support, we keep our team’s awareness updated to match the current construction industry standards and needs.
To be able to provide the right service and depending on previously seen client’s preferences our estimating services are tailored in two parts. Where our clients get to choose freely either of them.
Material Take-offs / Quantity Surveying
As it is known as the most lengthy process while pricing a job, material takeoff becomes a reason to lose the tender opportunity where time is scarce. At Source+ we prioritize the projects depending on their return dates and our client’s request. A simple method of putting a team of estimators all together on a small or big project allows us to be able to complete our task fast and revert with the quantities in considerably less time.
Our estimators have a keen eye for details and passion to deliver accurate material quantity reports regardless of the project size and workload.
We use On-Screen Takeoffs software for the quantifying process and produce a highly detailed, fully comprehensive material quantity report in spreadsheet format, and Takeoffs PDF drawings marked with service included and excluded with explanation notes.
Costing
Being provided the material & labor prices, Our estimating team can also provide a full estimate in our standard formats. To suit the client’s needs we can also adopt our client’s formats using any of the previous project costing sheets.
We understand that It is not a common practice to give out these prices. However, our non-disclosure terms are set to maintain the high level confidentiality of information received from clients and discard when instructed.
